The Big Island
The big island of Hawaii remains one of my favorite places to visit and photograph. It is also home of the Mauna Kea Volcano, the largest free standing mountain in the world peaking at 4,207.3 meters above sea level; and the best part is that you can drive to the top.
And of course the abundance of lush waterfalls doesn't turn me away.
